This year the decision was to venture out further than the norm, destination Dubai in the 'United Arab Emirates'... The trip had its challenges mainly concerning travel to and from the destination, but overall I recommend this expedition should be on everyone's travel 'bucket list'.

The 'Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa Resort' was centrally located on Jumeriah Beach and with close proximity to 'Burj Khalifa' and 'The Dubai Mall', the two prominent places on my agenda.

Between my 'Toes in the Water, ass in the sand' and the reserved spot at the 'Tiki Bar' I did manage to tour some of the sights...

Glenn, you have truly done full justice to the pics. Each pic seems to come right at you. While viewing the pics, I felt I was transported back to all those happy places again. as I had not really visited these places before inspite of being here. it was a first time for me. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable first time experience, or a more amazing person to share it with. Since we had a few days, it was hectic, and i did get a bit tired, but heey the happiness was much more than being tired. Truly a great experience, and of course photography at it's very BEST.....CHEERS!!
